With a master’s degree in Engineering and over 15 years of experience in the field, Igor is our engineering guiding light. He has built products for multiple industries and has expertise in full-text search services, background processing, DevOps tasks and myriad applications. As a founding engineer, Igor has built much of the Quorso product himself and it is truly his baby. There are only two things he despises in this world: strawberry ice cream, and Dan spilling crumbs into his keyboard…
Remi heads up the Kyiv office team. His past career includes roles at BrightBytes (bought by Microsoft), where he built a number of core app modules and the ETL process, and Calendly. At the age of fourteen, Remi was plucked out of school to attend the prestigious Ukrainian Physical and Mathematical Lyceum of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, demonstrating and honing his extraordinary talent from an early age. He later went on to get a Ph.D. in Computer Science, writing his dissertation on "Genetic Algorithms in Computer Networks".
A member of the founding team, Phil is an ex-VP at J.P. Morgan. There, he advised and executed on corporate finance – including capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions, and public takeovers – across all corporate sectors. He has an Economics & Management degree from Oxford University and has recently gone State-side to head up our New York office. On the side, Phil frequently delivers renditions of his poetry and serenades us with a song on the rare occasion that the office falls quiet...
Sophie has lived in NYC for a decade and been building global brands for over 15 years. She brings data-driven insights and powerful storytelling to Quorso. She was SVP, Strategy at a fast-growing US SaaS scale-up, where her expertise bridged the gap between customer needs, business goals and tech capabilities. Sophie has run large teams and multi-million dollar accounts for Omnicom agencies either side of the pond, has an Oxford University Masters in Experimental Psychology and likes making (and eating) anything pickled.
Jonathan leads sales and business development efforts for Quorso's expansion in North America. He has spent most of his career in the technology space with a primary focus on the retail industry, on top of a diverse background spanning consulting, product management, and development. Most recently he helped a SaaS start-up who was taking a collection of advanced analytics solutions to market, after roles at IBM, Aptos/QuantiSense, Oracle Retail, and Arthur Andersen. A native of Atlanta, GA he's a proud Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket with a degree in Industrial Engineering and spends much of his time chasing around his three kids.
Eugene fell in love with Javascript and UI/UX while studying for a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation Engineering at Donetsk National Technical University. As a full-stack engineer, he went on to help develop large enterprize-level applications for the likes of FIFA, Allianz Arena and Volvo Ocean Race, before setting up his own online business that he sold in 2014. Despite failing to fulfil his childhood aspiration of becoming a pro-footballer, Eugene is a competitive boxer and currently holds the trophy for ‘Torso of Quorso’. That’s success enough for us.
With a degree in Computer Science and AI, experience on leading brands – including Capgemini, Lego, Diageo and HSBC - and his own wellbeing start-up, Daniel brings deep expertise to Quorso that spans UX design, Product Management and Information Architecture. He is also heavily involved in our #QuorsoForGood initiatives, drawing on his experience in climate change hackathons and work with Médecins Sans Frontières, to apply Quorso to tackle global challenges.
Aidan leads the user experience and service design of the Quorso product. Joining us from Fourth, the market leader in hospitality software, he is experienced at building out international-scale, end-to-end UX/UI solutions. He is also responsible for building out and evolving our Design System principles. Aidan previously set up his own agency, serving clients like the Economist.
Ross is our numbers man. Following a degree in Radiation Physics and a stint as a Supply Chain PM in Tesco’s HQ where he wrote the demand forecasting algorithms, Ross moved to McKinsey’s Retail Operations Network to work on a number of consulting projects in the Retail, Consumer Goods and Pharmaceuticals industries. Ross is responsible for configuring Quorso to deliver maximum value to our clients.
Data is what makes the Quorso wheels turn and Fahad is the man who drives it, working closely with our clients to ensure that all requirements are met rigorously. He has worked for nearly 10 years implementing BI solutions and data-driven technology across across a number of major retailers in the UK and US and has a Data Science Post-Grad Certificate from Harvard University. Outside of work, Fahad helps a non-profit in Chicago with tech-powered operational efficiencies.
With 10 years of experience in Operational Excellence and Business Improvement, Lewis lives and breathes process. Before Quorso, he was a Data Science Consultant at KPMG, helping world-leading organizations bridge the gap between operations and technology in the Retail, Energy and Utility sectors. He also worked on KPMG's McLaren Alliance. Lewis likes to accumulate coffee paraphernalia, which he is getting good use out of since the birth of his baby girl!
Jennifer has spent her career working cross-functionally in the QSR industry. A Yum! Brands veteran, (we’ve all heard of KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut), she is known for creating and executing strategic programs that drive profitable sales and positive community impact. Having worked with the C-Suite, franchisees, and operators to design and launch national marketing initiatives, new product launches and fundraising campaigns Jennifer understands how to navigate the delicate balance between profitability, brand, execution, and people.
Sophie works closely with our clients to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing experience for end-users at every level of the organization. A former management consultant at Accenture and Baringa, Sophie specializes in customer experience, operational process optimization, and change management. Sophie spent a year working as a wine taster in Argentina post-university and has sustained a healthy interest in bold reds.
Matt brings a background in QSR and Travel to our Data & Insights team, having built a pricing model for KFC (thanks for the hike of our Chicken Zingers, Matt) and Royal Caribbean International’s revenue optimization model. He grew up in Miami, Florida, and has a degree in Economics and Environmental Science from Wake Forest University. Matt likes countryside walks and plays at the West End…a true gent.
Gabrielle leads on Quorso’s digital and creative marketing, drawing on 10 years of experience agency-side on digital and branding projects. She has worked with a huge range of clients, including small scale fintech start-ups, Google, Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv, and Janus Henderson. She has a Masters in Psychology, Philosophy, and Physiology from Oxford University and frequently surprises and educates us with knowledge on a vast array of quirky topics.
Jade has over 20 years of experience in supporting C-suite executives in the running of their businesses. As an operational manager, alongside the day-to-day, she has helped startups implement their core processes, and medium-to-large size companies overhaul systems already in place. At Quorso her remit covers operations, people, and finance.
Serhii is a Ruby on Rails specialist with a degree in System Programming and experience spanning numerous developer roles in the Ukraine and the UK. Serhii’s favourite thing is to break everything, then get stuck in, heroically building a new and improved version. When Serhii was a child he aspired to be a security guard (because they have weapons!)…but we’re grateful that his calling changed because he can do some hugely impressive stuff with code.
Having got his Masters in Systems Engineering from Ternopil National Economic University, Stas embarked on a career as Ruby developer for Pokupon (the Ukraine’s answer to Groupon). Included in his repertoire of techy superpowers are background processing, full-text search and building high-performance web applications. When he is not busy coding, chances are you’ll find Stas out on a hike or playing a video game with one of his cocktail creations (as our resident mixologist). Don’t be fooled by Stas’ outwardly quiet persona…there are several ninjas hiding in our tech team.
