Founded by two McKinsey alums in 2016, Quorso’s AI was created to unlock human ingenuity. Frontline teams at multi-site businesses run more than half of the global economy. They are people with the experience, expertise, and heart to make their businesses successful. But all too often, people on the frontline have limited visibility into their business and not a ton of flexibility to make decisions.
But we’re here to change all that – to bridge the divides between data, disparate teams, and hierarchical organisations.
Before founding Quorso, Julian was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in the Travel, Transport, and Infrastructure practices. He also founded and co-chaired the Global Infrastructure Initiative with Madeleine Albright, a gathering of the world’s most influential infrastructure leaders. Julian holds degrees from Oxford and Stanford universities.
Before Quorso, Dan was at McKinsey, delivering transformation for global food services, travel, retail, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as the NHS. He’s a graduate of Oxford University, where he received a Masters of Engineering, Economics & Management.
Before joining Quorso, Phil worked at J.P. Morgan advising and executing on corporate finance matters – including capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions, and public takeovers – across all corporate sectors, from multi-national beer to brick companies.
Before joining Quorso, Sarah was People and Talent Director for 2 digital agencies and before that headed up the HR team at the award-winning computer software developer, Foundry. Her background includes HR roles across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors, including technology, consulting, financial services and. Sarah enjoys ambitious companies she can help scale with a global remit.
Sean has been working in technology for more than 15 years, starting with Google in California. In the UK, he has been delivering cutting edge software solutions into major brands for more than a decade. Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Telco, and Professional Services have all been industry specialties at one time or other (and often simultaneously!).
Igor has over 15 years of engineering experience, and has helped build multiple products for different industries: marketing, education, finance, and more. His expertise is working with geolocating and full-text search services, background processing, DevOps tasks, and many applications.
Eli brings over 15 years of design experience, having helped establish the Texas office of Pivotal Labs. In his life before Quorso, Eli lead product and design initiatives for many international companies, including AT&T, Amazon, and Boeing.
Ross began his career at Tesco – initially working in store during his university days before moving to their head office as an analyst and project manager in their supply chain. From there, he moved into consulting at McKinsey – specialising in operations – which saw him working in retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and other industries across the globe.
Dr Pfeffer is the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He is the author or co-author of 15 books including The Human Equation, The Knowing-Doing Gap, and Power: Why Some People Have It — and Others Don’t. He is considered one of today’s most influential management thinkers.
