Quorso Winter 24 Release.

We’re starting off 2024, with a release that kicks off an epic roadmap for this year. Over the course of this year, Quorso will be releasing a number of new features supporting the following themes:

1. Expanding Quorso’s Central and Field Leaders’ experiences – Connecting the organization from the executive right to the shop floor in one tool. Data and feedback from across the entire store network is synthesized into missions, insights and communications.

2. Simple and speedy set-up – Reorient your use cases in seconds. With Architect, operations, IT and data science teams will be able to spin up new use cases in minutes and see which areas are driving ROI in the business.

3. Smarter missions and workflows – Enhanced capabilities to guide and coach teams, while also capturing increased training data to optimize suggestions.

Enhancements for Central and Field Leaders.

Central team and Field Leader Missions - Ensure you are working on what impacts the performance of your stores most. Quorso now aggregates both data and teams actions to provide personalized insights (Missions) for multi-unit leaders and central teams to take action on where they can drive the most value.

Insights Module - Giving Central Leaders visibility of the key trends in their network. Our Insights modules shows the most common issues field teams are facing, their engagement and the value they are driving.

Communications Hub - Connect with store teams effortlessly, ensuring that your coaching, feedback and guidance are conveyed in a timely manner. Our Mission Log feature allows Retail Ops Leaders to give praise, provide advice on necessary actions, and escalate any issues. We're redefining the way retail ops leaders engage with their network. Stay ahead in 2024 with a product that empowers you to lead, strategize, and communicate with unprecedented precision.

Architect ‘Beta’.

Architect revolutionizes how quickly and efficiently operations and data science teams can set up and manage all their team’s Quorso Missions and use cases.

It includes:

Simplified configuration – Admin teams are in the driving seat to respond to issues with agility. New Missions can be set up in hours using our simple workflow through either our Condition Builder, Mission Importer or Scheduler.
Enormous use case flexibility – Leveraging our experience across the 100+ use cases we have developed in partnership with leading retailers, Architect contains the flexibility to seamlessly call on our data model and generate the right missions, to the the right people at the right time.
Embedded AI – Either setup Architect to automatically optimize parameters to ensure the highest priority Missions are being sent to your team. Or let it guide you to make the right choices while leaving you to make the final decision.
Ongoing tracking – Allows you to better guide your teams to resolving and to capture key information at the center using configurable workflows. Tracks the performance impact across any Mission to maximize the ROI on your teams time by ensuring they spend it on what really impacts the business

Architect is being released to a limited audience to solicit feedback and will be fully released later this year.
