Shawn Jenkins, Innovation and Strategy Program Manager at PetSmart, talks at the Retail Tech Show in London about how his store operations teams are using Quorso to drive sales and reduce loss in every store.

He explains the breadth of impact that Quorso’s AI CoPilot is having on efficiency, productivity and up-skilling – plus how seamless it has been to implement and use.

Julian Mills, CEO and Co-Founder of Quorso, sets the scene by explaining how store operations have become much more complex and high pressure, and how retailers urgently need to make use of their data to drive smart, AI-guided operations.

"Instead of spending an hour or more analyzing a report, Field Leaders are now able to spend 15 minutes acting on the top priorities of their business."

"We can track the improvements and we've seen 1% lift on average across the network, at 1,600 stores. That's an average dollar value of $100 a Mission, which doesn't sound like a lot...but three Missions per week per store, scaled over a year, is millions."

"Feedback from the field was stellar. In our first week were were at 97% engagement. Over time, it has hovered at 88%, which is unheard of. A subset of stores has been at 100% engagement since we rolled out - they love it!"

"Quorso is tool that triggers the same sort of response, whether a Store Manager is new or old to the post. You don’t need tribal knowledge to manage your store any longer. For a DM, that's game changing."
